Exclusive: Teenage Heartthrob Mohit Duseja To Feature In Music Video With Sana Khan; Deets Inside

It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to state that it is the day and age of music videos. A lot of mainstream actors and actresses are part of the music video bandwagon. Be it Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Milind Soman, John Abraham – (the list is endless), all of these actors who have now carved a niche for themselves in the industry had some point in time or the other in their career featured in music videos.

And now, Mohit Duseja who appeared in MTV Loveschool and since then, already managed to set the social media on fire - will be featuring in a music video that will be produced by one of the most famous casting directors in television Shadman Khan! The world knows, casting is a different pigeon and producing is a whole new ballgame altogether, keeping that in mind HT Desimartini got in touch with Shad to know how he made things come together.

Being in the television scenario for such a long time surely helped Khan and he made sure to use his contacts and relationships to full use. He is elated on his first production venture. Quipped he, “Production is so very different from casting. You have to have an idea of almost everything and I am happy that if not everything, I have an elementary knowledge of the main things required for a shoot and to bridge the rest of the gap, the relationships that I have nurtured over the years came in handy.

“When my friend Pushboy made me listen to the song for the first time, I knew I had to make a music video out of it. It was that good. Things happened pretty fast and I roped in Mohit and Instagram sensation Sana Sultan Khan (who has 605K followers) to feature in it. The video will be directed by Swarupraj Panda and the song is composed and sung by Pushboy.”

Shadman further informed that he will also be seen enacting a crucial character in the video that would be a love triangle and that he is also in talks with one of the leading music channels of the country to release it and things have been finalized. The shoot for the video will commence tomorrow.

We also got in touch with Mohit who is extremely excited for his first music video shoot. Quipped he, “This would be my first music video and I don’t really have much idea about how it would go but I very excited. I have a slight idea how things are done from my MTV stint and I hope things go really well.” Mohit will be sharing screen space with Sana, however he doesn’t know her and neither has he spoken to her before because of which is quite wary of how thing will get going in between the two. He volleyed, “I haven’t ever met Sana and neither I know her personally which is why I am kind of worried as to how things are going to happen in front of the camera, but at the same time I know that this would be my first chance and I can’t mess it up!”

Well, we hope this music video does really well and things escalate for Mohit from here. As far as Shadman is concerned, the industry is well aware of his seriousness with his work and he sure will soar high after this venture.
