Dostana 2: Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan Starrer's Shoot To Resume Mid April In India?

Dostana 2 had been announced quite some time back but the film seems to be getting delayed too. Last year, the shoot of this film helmed by Collin D'Cunha had finally begun, but the pandemic happened and everything took a backseat. It has been long since shoots resumed, but the shoot had not resumed for one reason or the other. But now, finally, it is all set to begin again!

According to a report in ETimes, the team of Dostana 2 will resume the shoot from mid-April. A source close to the production revealed, "The date is most likely April 10. The venue will be announced soon. With Corona still playing havoc in most parts, expect that decision to be taken only closer to the fourth week of March."

A large chunk of the film, which would feature Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan and debutant actor Lakshya Lalwani, still remains to be shot and therefore this one would be an extensive schedule. Earlier, the makers had planned to shoot the film in the UK but that might not be happening anytime soon. Currently, Kartik is also busy shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa2 and today, Tabu rejoined the cast and the shoot of the film begun. We hope that we get to see Dostana 2 by early next year at least.
