Ae Dil Hai Mushkil Gets A Major Boost To Take On Shivaay, Here’s How!
While Shivaay’s trailer created enough hysteria with its tautness and out of the world visuals, the industry insiders had already predicted it as a winner in the big Diwali clash that it has with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Action is always considered to be a better garner in comparison to urban dramas and that’s where Shivaay already has an edge over Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
However, Karan Johar is yet to reveal his cards as the teaser releases on August 30th. There is absolutely nothing about the film that we know and this is where the makers are trying to milk maximum mileage. The clash as we know is of the equals and it’s only a matter of time until Karan presses the full throttle pedal along with its star cast. The film boasts of names like Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan and it stands to reason why this product is being awaited so much.
Now here’s what the major boost is! According to sources, it is confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan is going to play a pretty special role in the film. While it was earlier just a speculation with guesswork in full swing, the reports have confirmed that SRK does indeed have an extended cameo in the film.
It was Saif Ali Khan who was earlier set to do this role but he apparently had to pass it on and we couldn’t guess if SRK was going to take it up. Some reports had also hinted that the cameo would showcase him in the character of Aishwarya’s husband but there are no confirmations to that. All that we know right is Shah Rukh has a pretty lovely character that is sure to find its place right into the hearts of the audience.
As the news gets official and reaches the masses in numbers, there is no reason why it will not act as a major boost for the makers ahead of the clash. As we await the Diwali clash with bated breath, the confirmed news of Shah Rukh Khan making an appearance in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has lifted our excitement level up.
Cameo or full length, Shah Rukh on big screen is always welcome, isn’t he?
