Tom Cruise's Mother Dies At 80

Hollywood’s legend Tom Cruise's mother, Mary Lee South died last week. As per reports, Cruise's mother, after coping with medical issues passed away peacefully in her sleep last week. The 54 year old Tom paid homage to his mother and attended the memorial service.

The near and dear ones attended the solemn memorial service. Other than Tom, his sisters, Lee Ann DeVette, 57, Cass Mapother, 55, and Marian Henry, 52 also paid tribute to Mary and attended the solemn ceremony. The service was held at their local Church of Scientology.

In 2016 Cruise revealed that that his father was 'a bully'. However, his mother’s marriage to Mapother had to go through a lot of turbulence. He added that their marriage was ended in 1974. It was South who encouraged Cruise to participate in acting groups in school. Desimartini extends their condolences to the family for their loss and prays that her soul rests in peace.
