Jack Black To Star In 'Goosebumps' Sequel
We have happy news for all Jack Black fans. The actor who is loved for his amazing comic antics is all set to star in the sequel of 'Goosebumps' titled 'Horrorland'. The movie will be helmed by Rob Letterman.
The 47-year-old confirmed on social media that he will return as Stine as well as Slappy the Dummy in the sequel. R.L. Stine, the author of 'Goosebumps' books, took twitter and posted, “Yes, there is a script for the Goosebumps movie sequel, and I am told that my evil twin, Jack Black, has signed on. More news to come!"
The makers are planning to release the movie on September 21, 2018. ‘Horrorland’ is based on 16th ever 'Goosebumps' book titled 'One Day at Horrorland' (1994). The book was set in a theme park which was occupied by different kinds of monsters. 'Goosebumps' which released in 2016 was a blockbuster hit. The 2016 movie featured Odeya Rush, Amy Ryan and Dylan Minnette.
