Adrien Brody finalised to play Harry Houdini in Uli Edel’s Houdini

American actor and producerAdrien Brody is geared to make a comeback on the small screen after a long time. The40-year-old will reportedly be seen in a project heading for telecast on History Channel, as confirmed bycontactmusic.com.

Adrien will be portraying amaster magician named Harry Houdini, whorises himself to an international sensation in spite of coming from a deprived background. The new mini-series of Houdini will show Kristen Connolly asBrody’s wife.Houdini is written by Nicholas Meyer and will be directed by Uli Edel. The show will have executive producers Gerald W. Abrams and Andras Hamori. The actor is simultaneously working on three more flicks Third Person, Motor City and American Heist.
