Vicky Kaushal: I Treat Every Film As My Debut

The recently released film, ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’, stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vicky Kaushal in leading roles. Vicky plays the role of a cop who does not care for the law. The actor has shown his prowess in front of the camera and is being lauded for it. After making his debut just last year with ‘Masaan’, things certainly have come together for Vicky.

Talking about working with the Raman Raghav team, the 28-year-old actor stated, “God’s been kind. There are times when I question if I really deserve all that’s coming my way so early in my career. Getting a chance to just work with people like Anurag sir and Nawaz (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) bhai has been an incredible experience”.

Vicky revealed that he had been struggling for 7 years, constantly giving auditions and doing theatre. “To now be able to work with the same people or for them to appreciate my work, feels incredible. I feel like I am still dreaming. I treat every film as my debut so that the passion and honesty which were there in Masaan continue”, the actor shared.

Vicky also praised Nawaz for his down to earth nature. He stated that the Gangs of Wasseypur actor inspires him.
