Shilpa Shetty And Raj Kundra Land Into Trouble
According to recent reports circulating thick and fast, an FIR against Shilpa Shetty and her hubby Raj Kundra has been filed. The report has been lodged in Thane’s Bhiwandi police station. Deputy Commissioner of Police Manoj Patil revealed, “FIR has been registered in Bhiwandi police station against Shetty and Kundra under sections 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating) of IPC”.
A police official revealed that the case was filed on the complaint of a textile unit owner in Bhiwandi who alleged that the couple collected the amount on his behalf but then dumped him. The official added, “Big Deals, a company in which Shetty and Kundra are directors, collected money from customers for sale of bedsheets on behalf of Malotia Textiles through TV ads, but did not (allegedly) pay Malotia Textiles the proceeds”.
Reportedly, Raj Kundra had sent his resignation via email on December 15. He wrote, “I would like to officially resign as CEO of Best Deal TV. All good things come to an end, I guess”. The company had terminated its service in December 2015.
