Shahid Kapoor Says He Feels Protected By Wife Mira

Newly blessed father Shahid Kapoor is currently rejoicing one of the most beautiful phases of life. The Shaandaar actor and his beautiful wife Mira Rajput became proud parents of a baby girl on August 26. Recently in an interview, the Udta Punjab actor shared about how smitten he is with his significant other.

"In many ways I feel protected by Mira”, Shahid said, adding, “Although she is young, she is self-assured. We talk about many things and she gives me interestingly different point of views, which I respect”.

The Haider actor continued, “Of course I am protective about everyone I love. But I feel equally protected. When you have somebody who loves you, around you, someone who is looking out for your best interests, it makes you feel safer”.

A few months back, Shahid took to Instagram to share a picture in which he was seen kissing his better half on the occasion of their first anniversary. Evidently, the actor leaves no stone unturned to make his wife feel special. Cheers to ShaMira!

On a related note, Shahid will next be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s 'Rangoon' opposite Kangana Ranaut. The romantic drama is scheduled for release on February 24.
