Saif Ali Khan To Star In Anushka Sharma’s Production?

Anushka Sharma is taking her career to new heights with her production company ‘Clean Slate Films’. The Bollywood actress who is currently busy shooting for Salman Khan starrer Sultan, has already kick-started her second production ‘Phillauri’ in which she will be seen sharing screen space with Diljit Dosanjh. After this, Anushka has two more projects lined up. Rumours suggest that for one of these films, the PK actress has roped in Saif Ali Khan as male lead and Delhi Belly writer Akshat Verma as director.

The black comedy movie will reportedly be titled ‘Being Cyrus’. “Saif's impeccable comic timing landed him the role. He was in fine form in the dark comedy, Being Cyrus, and will be seen in a completely new avatar for Akshat's project too. It is a unique film, one that demands an actor of Saif's calibre”, a source told Mumbai Mirror.

The source added, “Anushka is heading a production house for the sheer love of films and to cater to the need for better content-driven projects. She will not be acting in all of her productions due to other commitments and the fact that she does not intend to be the face of every film. As a producer, the actress is focussing on bringing the best talents into the limelight”. The leading lady and the rest of the cast haven’t been decided as yet.
