Ranveer Singh Is A Little More Traditional When It Comes To Romance

After making the audiences go gaga over him in Baajirao Mastani, actor Ranveer Singh is yet again ready with a love story, Befikre. What we have seen in the trailer of the film is a very liberal attitude towards love. Befikre is a free spirited and contemporary love story. However, Ranveer feels his take on romance is traditional.

Talking about it, the Dil Dhadakne Do actor said, “There are many layers to the romantic relationship in the film. The youth are very sure about what they want. While interacting with the young and fresh directors (assistants) on the sets, I understood their approach to romance. They have a very liberal attitude. I’m not 18 years old and I come from a traditional background. I did not have access to the internet and the social media then. That’s why my take on romance is traditional. My formative years of upbringing however, do not belong to this DNA”!

Apparently, the lady charmer is dating Bollywood’s most desired actress of the time, Deepika Padukone and his antics around his lady love make girls jealous of her. The two first came together for Goliyon Ki Raasleela - Ram Leela and they are inseparable since then.  On a related note, Befikre is slated for a December 9 release.
