Ranbir Kapoor In The Remake Of Marathi Film Balgandharva?

Ranbir kapoor has been experiencing a downfall in his career. Therefore, expectations are high with his upcoming release Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan. If reports are to be believed, Kapoor may star in the remake of Balgandharva.

The flick is a biographical Marathi film on one of the Marathi singers and stage actors Narayan Shripad Rajhans, famously known as Balgandharva. Reports further added that director Ravi Jadhav is eager to direct the remake of the 2011 Marathi film.Talking to Times Of India, the director said that he would love to direct Ranbir as the male lead in the flick.

If things turn out in a positive way, we could soon see the Barfi! actor playing a Marathi character. On a related note, his next Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is slated for a release on October 28. The movie is directed by Karan Johar.
