Nagesh Kukunoor’s Lakshmi trailer out

One more enthralling flick is going to come from Iqbal and Dor director Nagesh Kukunoor titled Lakshmi. The maker has released the first trailer of Lakshmi, based on a true story, conveying a message saying ‘Are we Being Human’. The film will encounter you with scary but true issues of human trafficking and child prostitution prevailing in India.

The film features well-known playback singer of Zara Zara Touch Me song Monali Thankur, who is making her acting debut into Bollywood with this. Accompanying her is Shefali Shah of Kucch Luv Jaisaa. Other cast includes Television actor Ram Kapoor and the filmmaker himself. The movie is to release next year on January 17, will be co-produced by Pramod Sharma, Satish Kaushik and few more.
