Here’s What Mouni Roy Has To Say About Starring In Ranbir Kapoor's ‘Brahamastra’
After making a name for herself in the TV industry, actress Mouni Roy is all set to make her debut in Bollywood with none other than Akshay Kumar in the film ‘ Gold ’. ‘Gold’ is a biopic on hockey player Balbir Singh Sr., who was in the team that won the first Olympic medal for India as a free nation in 1948. Reema Kagti has helmed the flick, while Excel Entertainment has produced it.
And now we have heard that the actress has been cast in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Brahamastra’. When asked her about the same, she said, "We will cross the bridge when we come to it." Though Mouni is entering into films, but she will not bid farewell to TV. "I will do everything. I will never leave TV, it's my home. I have said this over and over again. I am very possessive about it," she said.
She added, “TV has given me everything. I have a lot of respect for television, its actors and the people. We literally work like farmers, day and night to create something beautiful. There's no way I am going to leave TV.”
