The Controversial Song Of DJ Finally Gets Corrected!
Updated : June 06, 2017 01:17 PM ISTTelugu superstar Allu Arjun’s upcoming flick DJ also known as Duvvada Jagannadham which was facing a lot of rage from the Brahmin community because of a song of the upcoming flick which contained a portion of lyrics which were offensive and hurt their religious sentiments. Now, the makers of the movie have taken a step to remove those controversial lyrics from the song.
The producer of the movie Dil Raju was quoted as saying, “Yes, we are going to remove the words Namakam and Chamakam from the song”. This action seems to go well the President of the All India Brahmins Federation, Dronamraju Ravi Kumar, who was quoted as saying, “I spoke to director Harish Shankar and he agreed to remove the two words from the song.”
The movie also stars Pooja Hedge as the lead actress. The upcoming movie is co-written and helmed by Harish Shankar and bankrolled by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.
