Some of his masterpieces include ‘Pushpaka Vimanam’, ‘Vichitra Sodharulu’ and ‘Aditya 369’. Rumours are doing the rounds that Rao is all set to make a comeback after around two years.
Reportedly, Singeetham is all set to direct a film. It is reported that this veteran genius will helm a biopic on the life and legacy of Dr. Yellapragada Subbarao who is a popular biochemist. It is touted that Singeetham Srinivasa Rao is very excited about this film and currently, he is busy in completing the script of this biopic.
Singeetham Srinivasa Rao has seen almost all ups and downs of the cinema industry. The multifaceted filmmaker has served this industry for more than four decades. Moreover, in 1988, he co-produced, scripted and directed the first Indian silent film, ‘Pushpak’ premiered at Cannes Film Festival.
