Prabhu Deva Recalls The Dreadful Experience

The multitalented star, Prabhu Deva, was recently hospitalized due to an injury caused on the sets of his upcoming flick ‘Abhinetri’. Reportedly, he was struck by temporary paralysis while shooting a song for his impending horror-spoof trilingual film. Prabhu feared he would never be able to walk hereafter.

He recalls the incident, “Suddenly during a dance movement I felt something give way in my back. I couldn’t move! I was completely paralyzed. And before I knew, I was down on the floor where my feet were supposed to be.” As a result, the 43-year-old multifaceted star was rushed to a hospital.

The doctors examined Prabhu and concluded that it was a temporary situation that happened due to a severe muscle pull. Prabhu suggests, “Whether it is a fight, dance or emotional scene, please don’t overdo it. Nothing is worth one’s health. When I was on the floor, my life flashed through my mind. I thought of my two sons’ future. That’s when I decided I will be careful in the future.” This incident has probably horrified Prabhu Deva.
