Sudha Kongara’s Next Will Be A Bilingual In Tamil And Telugu

Everyone is in awe of Sudha Kongara after her films Irudhi Suttru with Madhavan in Tamil and its Telugu remake, Guru, with Venkatesh became blockbuster hit. She is in the list of most sought-after directors. Rumours were doing the rounds that she has been approached by producer AM Rathnam to direct his next.

We have also heard that Rathnam wants Sivakarthikeyan or Vijay Sethupathi to play the male lead. However, when asked from Sudha, she refuted all the rumours saying that she is busy giving final touches to the script of her next film. She declined doing a movie with Rathnam.

Her next will be based on true-life incident that took place in southern part of Tamil Nadu. “It is very big in terms of its scale and budget. I am looking at roping in a very intelligent leading star to pull off the character. It will be a bilingual in Tamil and Telugu. Thanks to the magic word ‘success’, which changes anyone’s fortunes for good, I am not the same Sudha as I was seven years ago, said Sudha.
