After giving consecutive flops like Kochadaiyaan and Lingaa, the south megastar has realized the taste and need of the new generation and has switched to the roles that suits his age. Even the veteran actor Dilip Kumar at this age had struggled in making his fans satisfied with his roles. But after four years, he impressed the audience with Subhash Ghai’s ‘Vidhaata’ in which the role of an underworld don was gracefully portrayed by him.
According to the sources, Rajinikanth will also be playing the role of an infamous Chennai based don Kabaleeswaran in his upcoming flick ‘Kabali’. The makers of the film had given superhits like Attakathi and Madras in the past. Ranjith Pa believes that ‘Kabali’ will begin new era for Rajinikanth exploring new characters for him.
If sources are to be believed, the unit of the film is young and vibrant. The filming of ‘Kabali’ will begin in September in Malaysia and later in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Chennai as well. The flick also features Radhika Apte, Prakash Raj, Kalaiyarasan, Dhansika, and Dinesh Ravi.
