Rajinikanth Heads To Malaysia, Singapore For Kabali
Updated : April 06, 2016 11:00 AM IST Superstar Rajinikanth has headed to South-east Asia with his team for the shoot of his upcoming film, titled Kabali. The team has chosen the locations in Malaysia and Singapore. However, the shoot will also take place in locations like Hong Kong and Dubai.
The story revolves around the problems that are faced by the Tamil labourers who work on a contract basis in these countries. Apparently, these locations in South-east Asia were decided, as there are many Tamil labourers present in these countries. About 50 per cent shoot will take place in Malaysia and Singapore.
The Pa. Ranjith directorial is a mob film which also features Radhika Apte, Prakash Raj, Kalaiyarasan, Dhansika, and Dinesh Ravi in supporting role. Interestingly, there is another film with the same title, directed by Mysore-based director Sivakumar. However, S. Thanu, the producer of Rajinikanth-starrer has promised to resolve the issue soon.
