Ponram Starts Shooting His Next With Sivakarthikeyan And Samantha

After announcing his third venture way back in August 2016, director Ponram is all set to begin shooting for his third film. The yet-to-be titled movie will see him collaborating with Sivakarthikeyan and Soori. The filmmaker has signed in actress Samantha to play the female lead.

Talking about the movie, the director said, “Shooting of this movie will begin on June 16 and the first schedule will go on for about a month. Samantha is also part of this schedule and we will shoot important sequences in Kuttralam and several places in and around Tenkasi.” The director and his team of assistant directors are busy reading the scripts. They are making some minor changes in the script.

Samantha will be seen in a never before seen avatar. She will put her silambam skills on display. Ponram’s earlier movies Varuthapadadha Vaalibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan were blockbuster hit and even earned him a name. Let’s see whether this movie is able to create that same magic. Unlike his previous movies which were full-fledged comedy entertainers, this will be an action-oriented.
