Keethy Suresh Leaves Mani Ratnam Project

Few days back it was reported that Mani Ratnam has roped in Nani for his next. The Eega actor replaced Dulquer Salman for the project. Earlier, it was reported that Keerthy Suresh will be playing the one of the lead actresses in the film, but now, she won’t be a part of the project.

According to the reports, the Idu Enna Maayam actress has opted out of the project. Her father and known Mollywood film producer Suresh Kumar confirmed the news and also explained the reason behind her decision. Reports suggest that the actress felt that her role was less important than the other female lead role, which will be played by Nithya Menen.

Sources close to the Paambhu Sattai actress claim that she personally met the director and explained her decision. Mani Ratnam accepted her decision and there are no quarrels between them. The flick will be a romantic action drama and reportedly, it will also feature Karthi.
