A Bestselling Recording As Title Of Arulnithi’s Next
Updated : February 13, 2017 09:44 AM ISTArulnithi is recognized by Tamil audience for his work in ‘Vamsam’. He is the grandson of M. Karunanidhi, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. His next movie is with Mu Maran and the film’s title is the evergreen song Iravukku Aayiram Kangal from Sivaji Ganesan-Devika starrer ‘Kulamagal Radhai’.
The song was written by legendary Kannadasan. Mu Maran served as the assistant to noted filmmakers like Suresh Krishna, KV Anand and Lawrence. The movie will be his directorial debut. Maran divulged to Deccan Chronicle, “Iravukku Aayiram Kangal means ‘the night has thousand eyes’. It went well with my script, which takes place in the night. In the crime thriller, a series of incidents take place in the day and how Arulnithi, who plays a call-taxi driver, unravel them forms the crux.”
This upcoming movie will be based on real life incidents. Maran reported that he decided to make a movie on these incidents after reading about them in a newspaper. He also told, “Arulnithi will be sporting a beard and a different hairstyle for this flick.”
