Deepika Singh Hits Back At A Troll Calling Her A Terrible Odissi Dancer

 Deepika posted a video of herself practicing Odissi dance in the attire as well. However, soon she was trolled by a woman who requested her to stop dancing and not insult the art form. She wrote, “Stop dancing.. you're terrible.train for 15 years with the basics of Odissi...then attempt a performance..sad..sad...please.don't disgrace this great art form.”

Deepika, who has been learning Odissi recently, did not take the criticism too kindly. She immediately replied to the troll and wrote, “Thank you for your valuable feedback maam. But I have been practicing and worshiping Odissi dance form from past 5 years and many more years to come. As they rightly say, practice only makes a man perfect. And its clearly mentioned that its a practice video. Hope you have a good day.”

Interestingly, Deepika got the role in Kavach because of her background in Odissi and can be often seen performing in the show as well.
