Abhijeet Accuses Bollywood Of Sidelining Him

However, these days, he is often in the news for his controversial statements more than his songs. Recently, Abhijeet again stirred controversies as he alleged that Bollywood has sidelined him for his views on Pakistan.
In a recent interaction, Abhijeet said, “I was Yashraj's favourite singer. But ever since, I have raised my voice against Pakistan, I have been sidelined.” He further added, “Main aaj reality shows mein islie nahin hoon kyunki maine is mudde pe baat uthai hai.”
In fact, he suggested that people should learn nationalism from Pakistan. He said, “Learn nationalism from Pakistan. Mujhe kya pata nationalism kya hota hai. School mein nikal jaata tha jhanda khareedne aur bharat mata ki jai karta tha. Kya iska matlab nationalism hai.”
Previously also Abhijeet has given many radical statements and has been a part of multiple controversies owing to his aggressive views Pakistani artists and even went on to use un-parliamentary language against Karan Johar for having Fawad Khan in his directorial Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
