Shocked To Find My Name On PM Narendra Modi Poster; Says Javed Akhtar

Lyricist Javed Akhtar is quite a revered name when it comes to lyrics, therefore when his name is associated with any film, it does add an extra leverage to it. Audiences feel that the songs of the film are going to be beautiful because they have been penned by Javed Saab. However, one film that is in question today is the biopic on PM Narendra Modi starring Vivek Oberoi. Akhtar took to his social media handle to express his surprise when he saw his name in the credits of the trailer. He clearly mentioned that he was “shocked” to see his name in it.

Viewers were sharp enough to spot Javed Akhtar’s name in the end credits of the trailer and many have already started to express their surprise because Javed Akhtar is also known to condemn the BJP government.
Now, the lyricist has taken to his official twitter handle to express his astonishment. “Am shocked to find my name on the poster of this film. Have not written any songs for it!”
After his clarification tweet, Akhtar’s followers have heaved a sigh of relief.

The film has actors Vivek Oberoi in and as PM Narendra Modi, actors Boman Irani, WZarina Wahab will also be seen in prominent roles. The film is set to release on 5 April, jut a week before the nation goes to poll for the general elections.
