Robert Pattinson Tests Positive For COVID-19, Shoot For Batman Halted

The coronavirus outbreak has affected people from all over the world and the pandemic has not discriminated anyone. So from the common man to the celebs, everyone has been affected and impacted. And now, even Robert Pattinson has contracted the novel virus. Needless to say, the shoot of the film has been halted.

The shoot for Batman resumed on 1st September and on 3rd, the production house released a statement that the shoot has been halted after a member of the team has tested positive. It read, "A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19 and is isolating in accordance with established protocols. Filming is temporarily paused." According to a report in Vanity Fair, it is none other than Pattinson who tested positive. The movie was scheduled for a release on October 1st next year. we wonder if Robert's health would affect the date now.

The teaser of the new film released just a few days back and it had been loved and appreciated by the audience. This time, Robert Pattinson's Batman would be about vengeance! The film would be directed by Matt Reeves, who also helmed the Planet Of The Apes. We are praying for Robert Pattinson's speedy recovery.
