Kareena Kapoor Reveals How Saif Is Handling Isolation
Updated : August 17, 2020 12:56 PM ISTOne of the most loved and adored couples of Tinsel Town, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan celebrated the latter’s 50th birthday on 16th August. They had a cake cutting ceremony at midnight with close friends and family in attendance and had quite a blast. Later in the day, Saif’s begum reportedly hosted a low-key yet grand get-together. The intimate affair was attended by Sara, Ibrahim, Soha, Kunal Kemmu and Inaaya. According to buzz, the family had originally planned a big celebration at the Pataudi palace before the COVID-19 outbreak.
Talking to Filmfare about how Saif is dealing with the isolation during the pandemic, Kareena revealed, “He’s like I need to stay in isolation because we need to help others. We have to stay positive about it. We can’t moan about it. People are like ‘2020 is gone’. He says it’s okay na. It’s just a matter of a year. He’s so calm and that has rubbed off on me also. He’s also grown more emotional and empathetic. He shows it in different ways. Like, if I’m upset about something I read or heard, I’ll just cry. Usually, he won’t show it. But now his emotional quotient has increased by 50 per cent.”
