Fatima Sana Shaikh Calls Working With Anil Kapoor A ‘Liberating’ Experience; Says ‘He Is Like A Child’

2020 was extremely kind to the beautiful Fatima Sana Shaikh, who shined on-screen as two very different characters in her films Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari and Ludo. Well, she is now busy soaring high on the success of her latest release, Ajeeb Daastaans. Fatima won our hearts once again while proving that she is incredibly capable of playing characters with grey shades. The actress is now gearing up for her next Netflix original co-starring superstar Anil Kapoor and his actor son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor.

The team is currently in Rajasthan shooting and Fatima is having a great time. In a chat with Spotboye she spoke about working with the veteran superstar and shared, “It took some time to get into the rhythm, as Anil sir had joined the shooting a little later. I wanted to do certain things, but I wasn’t sure whether I should voice it or not, and then he says, “Beta do whatever you want, just don’t be scared.” The actress continued to add, “When you have somebody who is pushing you and making you feel so comfortable that you can question him or the director then you feel liberated. I think that is the amazing qualities all these senior actors have and I would like to be that for newer actors because I am welcomed.”

Talking about Anil Kapoor’s personality and nature, Fatima shared that he is like a child. She explained that he is extremely enthusiastic, funny, hard-working and punctual. The actress added that he is always doing his lines, working on his character and concluded by calling him an amazing and lovely person. Well, we can’t wait to see the magic they create together on-screen!
