7 Bollywood Stars Who Had Really Mean Things To Say About Their Exes
Updated : May 18, 2019 06:14 PM ISTRelationships and breakups are things we keep witnessing in Bollywood off and on through the year. But the relationships that once made the stars the happiest folks on the planet often end up in getting really mucky and mean once they have run their course. No one particularly likes breaks up but the bitter ones do leave a scar not just on the minds of the celebrities but also on the minds of the fans.
The Kangana Hrithik spat is the perfect example of relationships ending on an ugly note. But before this there have been Salman Aishwarya, Kareena Shahid and others who did not end their relationships well.
Take a look at Bollywood celebrities who had some very mean things to say about their exes after they broke up.
Shilpa Shetty and Akshay Kumar -
While there were once promises of love, their relationship did not end well and Shilpa had a hard time moving on. While today things are blissful in both their married lives, a heartbroken Shilpa had once said this about Akshay.
"Akshay Kumar used me and conveniently dropped me after he found someone else. The only person, I was upset with, was him. But I'm sure he'll get it all back. It's not easy to forget the past so soon, but I'm glad I've had the strength to move on. Today, he's a forgotten chapter as far as I'm concerned. I will never work with him again. Professionally, things have never looked better."
Jacqueline Fernandez and Sajid Khan -
Their affair was much talked about when it came out in the open. They broke up in May of 2013 but Sajid had quite a few bitter memories remaining of what it used to be. In an interview he said -
“While we broke up in May 2013, in reality, right from December 2012 it started becoming sour. When you don’t have a woman in your life, you don’t have someone constantly nagging you, so you end up working better and are more focused. I went for a holiday with her for five days in the middle of making Himmatwala and felt so bad when the film didn’t do well. For Humshakals, I did not take a single holiday.”
Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor -
They broke millions of hearts when their relationship fell apart and their chemistry in Jab We Met remains a bittersweet reminder of it. But Shahid only moved on in life with a grudge that definitely took some time to get over. This is what he had to say about Kareena post break up.
“I blame it on my being a good boyfriend. I was in a four-and-a-half year old relationship and very committed. Now, I have learnt better. And I shall not be the most wonderful boyfriend.”
“My most successful film Jab We Met came when Kareena and I had broken up. I can only see it from a practical point of view. And I feel that some choices didn’t work for me.”
Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan -
One of the most controversial breakups of all times their relationship was talked about much more after they had split than when they were in it. And with Vivek Oberoi thrown into the equation things just got brutal. Here's how Aishwarya discribed her relationship with Salman.
“After we broke up, he would call me and talk rubbish. He also suspected me of having affairs with my co-stars. I was linked up with everyone, from Abhishek Bachchan to Shahrukh Khan. There were times when Salman got physical with me, luckily without leaving any marks. And I would go to work as if nothing had happened.”
She went on to add, “I stood by him enduring his alcoholic misbehavior in its worst phases and in turn, I was at the receiving end of his abuse (verbal, physical and emotional), infidelity and indignity. That is why like any other self-respecting woman, I ended my relationship with him.”
Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan -
Now the debate between them is one of a kind and is all about whether there was a relationship between them or not. BUt despite all of that they have said some very crude words about one another years after it apparently ended.
"Yes, many lame rumours are doing rounds, even a dumb ass can tell where these rumours are coming from. I don't know why exes do silly things to get your attention. For me that chapter is over and I don't dig graves." After she called him a 'silly ex', Hrithik was not far behind in hitting back.
The actor tweeted -
Ther r more chances of me having had an affair with d Pope dan any of d (Im sure wonderful)women d media hs ben naming. Thanks but no thanks.

Aishwarya Rai and Vivek Oberoi -
Vivek Oberoi went at lengths to protect his diginity against Salman Khan and his relationship with Aishwarya Rai. But while the matter created havoc in the Bollywood world, Aishwarya simply passed off her relationship with him calling him immature! Ouch that really must have stung!
Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh -
Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh ended their marriage in 2004 and the world was shocked. But the bigger shocker Saif had saved for much later. When he opened up about the divorce in front of the media he did not have diplomacy holding him back. Here's what he said -
"It isn't nice to be constantly reminded of how worthless you are and to have taunts, jeers, and abuses thrown at your mother and sister all the time. I've gone through all of it
It's also nice to be married to someone who's fun, beautiful and non-judgemental. All three things. It's better to have a hot and sexy wife. Never have room for regret and never say, 'Oh, I wish I was married to a beautiful girl."
