7 Bollywood Celebrities Who Were Robbed Even After All The Tight Security Around Them!

We might get miffed about facing minor crimes in our everyday lives but it certainly gives us some comfort to know that the celebrity status doesn’t secure the Bollywood biggies from facing these harsh situations as well. The scenario how ever is not something to celebrate as these stars at a high risk of losing much more than we can ever imagine. Robbery is one such crime that many bollywood celebs have faced in a really shocking turn of events.

Sushmita Sen – Former Miss Universe was robbed in Athens while she was on a vacation and standing at an eatery. Her entire luggage including her mobile phone, iPad, credit cards, passport was gone. She however managed to make a phone call back home and get in touch with her lawyer to manage the situation.

Hema Malini – The veteran actress was robbed of rupees 84 lakhs in 2010. The culprit was one of her security guards at her Dindoshi bungalow. The Police grabbed hold of the guy after a complaint was filed.

Satish Kaushik – The actor/director was robbed of a swooping amount of 1.2 crore from his Versova apartment. The money vanished from his living room after he received the payment and went away for a few moments only. A household help who was the prime suspect fled the city soon after the incident.

Kajol – The actress filed a complaint of 17 missing gold bangles from her home in the Juhu police station Mumbai. Two suspects were arrested who had been hired to clean her place a few days before a festival.

Arpita Khan Sharma – Salman’s sister Arpita’s apartment was robbed of cash and valuables worth Rs. 3.25 lakhs.  The Fir stated that cash worth 2.25 lakhs, 10 gms gold and some designer wear was robbed from her place. The incident happened when she was away with her husband on a holiday.
