Priyanka Chopra: From Miss World To Alex Parrish

After exploring the realms of life in India, Priyanka Chopra has taken a step forward by turning towards the Western side of the globe to take her career forward. Currently shooting for the American show Quantico, Priyanka has showed yet another side of her personality and this daddy's little girl is fantastically riding the success horse.

From Bareily to Bollywood.

Born to doctor parents, in Jamshedpur, Priyanka entered the industry as a young model at the tender age of 18. After winning the Femina Miss India World title, she enrolled for the Miss World pageant and winning the crown kick started the success story.

This opened the industry's gateway for Ms.Chopra. She made her Bollywood debut in the year 2003 opposite Sunny Deol in his film The Hero: Love Story Of A Spy. Since then the force has been with her. She has acted in successful films like Fashion for which she won the National Award, Barfi, Anjaana Anjaani, Dostana, Mary Kom, Dil Dhadakne Do and a lot more, enough for us to lose count.

But there was no stopping her. Priyanka has never failed to impress and enthrall her fans. She took everyone by surprise when her first single 'In My City' was released in September 2012. Later, in the year 2013 she release another single 'Exotic' featuring American rapper Pitbull.

In 2014 she released another single 'I Can’t Make You Love Me' and in the same year she shared the screen space with Katy Perry, Idris Elba, Nicole Scherzinger, The Black Eyed Peas. She featured in John Lennon's video of Imagine, the global sing-along for UNICEF.

And now she is winning a million hearts as Alex Parrish, an FBI recruit, in her latest American series Quantico.
