Gadot's trainer recommends eating an even mix of lean protein and greens. "Poor nutrition and inadequate sleep reduce the effectiveness of training by 20 to 30 percent," he told InStyle. In addition to plenty of fresh produce, Gadot's been known to eat fish with gaelic, lemon and thyme, or chicken breasts and chickpea cakes. Getting enough sleep looks easy at least!
