People we know as successful celebrities have had a story which would be very interesting and inspirational at the same time! Therefore, here are 8 celebrities we wish to see a biopic on!
1.Narendra Modi
From selling tea to becoming the Prime Minister Of India, Narendra Modi has a story which proves ‘nothing is impossible’. A man who took on the “Mission Impossible” and made his way forward to improve the economic condition of India & put India on the world map, LITERALLY! Wouldn’t it be interesting to know how did he start his journey and what all it took to reach where he is today?!
Bollywood should definitely consider making a biopic on him. And guess what? We know who can play him his character as well! Paresh Rawal is the perfect choice and we know he can do complete justice to the rolel. He is a member of BJP too! What else do we need?
2.Parveen Babi
She was the first female superstar of Bollywood. But, did you know she left Bollywood in 1983? After being the most successful commercial heroine, she chose to take the spiritual journey for which she travelled to various countries! But, as she returned to India, she was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. Parveen never accepted this and rather proved that it was a conspiracy by the media and the film industry!
A life which was full of ups and downs does deserve to be told. She was every man’s dream woman and every director’s first choice but no one knew she was dead for three days!
Wouldn’t you want to know more about her life? Because we would and the only actress who fits the bill is Kangana Ranaut!
3. Yuvraj Singh:
Yuvraj Singh’s story is just not any other cricket story; it’s a human interest story! We people like to watch greatness and he is an inspiration to Indians & cricket fans globally. The way he fought against all the odds in his life and career, his battle with cancer and how he earned back his position in the Indian cricket team, it’s all worth being told!
Today, there are a lot of people fighting the same battle and his movie will not be short of anything but a ray of hope that you can win any battle! If we are lucky enough to see his biopic, then we would love to see Abhishek Bachchan play him!
4.Arvind Kejriwal
How often do you see a common man becoming the chief minister? Very rarely, right?
Well, here’s a man who shot to fame with his political party i.e Aam Admi Party. After breaking the trust of the people in 49 days, Arvind Kejriwal bounced back to power in the state elections of 2015 with a majority of 67 seats in the Delhi assembly. He continues to do the dharnas' that made him popular. We'd love to know what led to the turn of events that Arvind Kejriwal became a minister.
P.S. Don't you guys think he has an uncanny resemblance to Anil Kapoor's character in Nayak and we think the perfect title of his biopic would be "The Muffler Man Rises".
Also, we think Rajkumar Rao is the suitable choice! Do you agree with us?
5.Vijay Mallya
Known as the ‘King Of Good Times’ , Vijay Mallya is one of the most successful businessmen of India. Or should we say, ‘was’ the most successful business man? After landing into financial controversies, Vijay Mallya is under a debt of Rs. 700 Cr which the group of Indian Banks is still trying to collect! But, sometimes don’t you wonder how did all this happen? The business tycoon who owns Kingfisher Beer, Co-owns Formula One Team Sahara Force India, Royal Challengers Bangalore & what not but still manages to land in deep financial crisis?
Well, the man has an extravagant lifestyle and that’s why he is also known as the ‘Playboy Of The East’. It’s going to be a treat to watch his life story, after all, he is known for a colorful life (if you know what we mean). And who better than Akshay Kumar for this role?
6.Chhota Rajan
Chhota Rajan, formerly, the right hand of Dawood Ibrahim, is now the owner of a major crime syndicate based in India. He started as a petty thief but now has 17 murder cases on his name! After splitting from Dawood, Rajan formed his own gang but this split was not as easy as it sounds. There were bloody shootouts between the two gangswhich resulted in a lot of bloodshed!
He has a criminal career that will give you goosebumps. He got arrested and is currently awaiting a trial in CBI custody. It would be intriguing to see his story!
According to us, Arjun Kapoor can do justice to this role! Isn't he just perfect for the role?
7.Indira Gandhi
There have been many rumors about a biopic on Indira Gandhi and we can’t find a reason why we shouldn’t have one?
In 1977 'Kissa Kursi Ka' was banned by the Congress government for lampooning the emergency. And it is a well-known fact that the lady behind this emergency was Indira Gandhi. Indira Gandhi has had a tumultuous trajectory. Right from the internal emergency to the 1984 Sikh riots allegedly.
If reports are to be believed, Vidya Balan has been approached for the role but we think Shabana Azmi would do a better job!
8. Mahesh Bhatt
If you think only actor's have a controversial life, then you surely missed Mahesh Bhatt. A successful director and producer who got married at the age of 20 but later that ended due to an affair with Parveen Babi. The affair didn't last long and it was one of the most talked about relation in Bollywood. Later, Mahesh got married to Soni Razdan.
Wouldn't you want to know how did all this happen? If any director does decide to make a biopic, then Emraan Hashmi is the choice!
9. Rajinikanth
Fun Fact: God was offered to play Rajnikanth and God rejected!
If ever there was ever a biopic made on him then Rajinikanth will star in his own biopic. Because “aisa koi paida nahi hua, jo Lord Rajini ki biopic karsake”.
