Mammootty To Portray A Cop Again In ‘Abrahaminte Santhathikal’

Actor Mammootty is all set to be seen in his next forthcoming film ‘Abrahaminte Santhathikal’ — Oru Police Story. The actor will yet again be a cop in the flick, which will be directed by debutant Shaji Padoor. Moreover, Haneef Adeni who last worked in ‘The Great Father’ has scripted the film, which will be extensively shot in Ernakulam.

Recently, the actor talking about his film revealed, “It will be a stylish thriller and Mammootty will be playing a police officer man. The movie will be an entertainer and can be enjoyed by both his fans and the family audiences of Kerala”. The actor’s previous performance as a cop in ‘Inspector Balram’ and ‘Raudram’ has enthralled the audience and it is again anticipated to be the same with this film.

However, speaking about his role in the film he said his character will be portrayed differently.  He said, “That's exactly what makes the movie unique”. This news was given as a surprise on his birthday, which was on September 7. Further, the film will go on floors in January 2018.
