Universal Studios has offered Johnny a lead role in the movie and the company is in negotiations with him for the same.
The story is all about a man, who pretends to be sick to skip work and makes his day skewed. His act may lead his wife’s promotion to a halt. Jeremy Garelick will helm the venture, while Imagine Entertainment’s Brian Grazer and Kim Roth, along with Edward Bates are producing it. Knoxville has previously signed a film titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, where he will be giving his voice to the character named Leonardo. More updates about Sick Day are yet to come.
