Creed Gets Second Official Trailer

Warner Bros. has released a second trailer for the upcoming Rocky spin-off Creed. The movie will focus on Apollo Creed’s son Adonis Johnson, played by Michael B. Jordan. The movie will also bring back Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa.

Being the son of Apollo Creed, fighting is in Adonis’ blood, though he never knew his father. Adonis decides to find his father’s former opponent and friend Rocky. He insists that the former heavyweight champion become his mentor as he takes his shot at the title. The trailer shows some of the mental and physical fights Adonis has to go through on his journey to hold up the Creed name.

Creed is directed by Ryan Coogler and will hit theatres on November 25. The cast includes Tessa Thompson, Tony Bellew, Graham McTavish, Phylicia Rashād and Wood Harris. With screenplay Ryan and Aaron Covington, Creed is produced by Robert Chartoff, William Chartoff and Sylvester Stallone, along with others.
