Tiger, Shraddha Starrer Baaghi Becomes 3rd Highest Opener Of 2016

Following a spectacular start at the box office, Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Baaghi: A Rebel For Love’ has become the third highest opener of year 2016. Shah Rukh Khan starrer Fan, which released earlier this month has maintained its position at the top spot. The second spot is taken by Akshay Kumar starrer Airlift.

The net collection of Baaghi on the first day was around Rs. 12 crores. The trailer of the film was also well-received by the audiences when it was unveiled. It crossed two million views within 24 hours of its release.

The action-packed film is about a young couple in love. Made on a budget of Rs. 47 crores reportedly, the movie has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Helmed by Sabbir Khan, the flick has released across 2750 screens in India. Shraddha and Tiger have both performed breath-taking stunts in the movie, which released on April 29.
