Randeep Hooda Feels This Actor Has Contributed A Lot To The Culture Of Men Being Fit
Updated : May 23, 2017 01:11 PM IST While promoting fitness at an event, actor Randeep Hooda spoke about Salman Khan and how he has contributed in promoting good health. The actor said that being fit is not only about sports or weightlifting but it depicts body imaging and it is about self confidence. He added, “When you go out in a T-shirt and your biceps pop out it is always (feel) good”.
He also talked about wrestling and how it has changed over the years. “The days of eating ‘ghee’ and doing ‘dandh’ have gone. Wrestling has changed. It has become very technical, and weight really matters”, said the Sultan actor.
On the work front, the actor is gearing up for his upcoming flick, Battle of Saragarhi. The flick is expected to hit the theatres at the end of the year. Helmed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the film is based on the Battle of Saragarhi, which took place in 1897 between British Indian Army and Afghan Orakzai tribesmen, in the North-West Frontier Province.
