Kapil Sharma’s ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu’ Is A Copy?
Updated : April 06, 2016 11:01 AM IST A legal notice has been issued against the upcoming romantic comedy film titled ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu’. It is being said that the storyline of this movie is similar to the Kannada film. The movie has been directed by director duo Abbas-Mustan.
The rights of the Kannada comic caper titled ‘Nimbe Huli’ had been acquired by a production house in Tamil Nadu to remake it in Hindi. The makers of the original movie were reportedly in a shock when they saw the trailer of ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu’ and found that it had the same story. A complaint was filed by them in the High Court and a legal notice was also sent to the makers of the Bollywood version.
Stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma will make his Bollywood debut with this flick. The movie also features Arbaaz Khan, Manjari Phadnis, Amrita Puri, Simran Kaur Mundi, Elli Avram, Sai Lokur, Varun Sharma, Supriya Pathak and Johnny Lever's daughter Jamie Lever. The movie is scheduled to be released on Sept. 25.
