My Judgement To Do A Role Or Not Comes From Within...Not Other People: Jacqueline Fernandez

The movie, which hit the screens yesterday, has been directed by Krishna D.K. and Raj Nidimoru. Recently, in an interview with PTI, Jacqueline spoke about her career and shared that she is not worried about being categorized in a particular role.
Talking about taking up Indie films, the actress said, “I am not supposed to do an indie project because other people are telling me, 'You are a glamorous actress now and you should be doing indie films'. That will never be my mindset”. She went on to explain that the want to do a role should come from within. “If I feel that I want to do something completely different I will do it. As an actor I do my job with conviction so it is for no one to actually judge because it is my journey”, Jacqueline added.
The Dishoom actress also said that the audience is quite unforgiving in a way that they will only come if they like you and not because of your background. Talking about the movie, the 32-year-old stated that she took the project because of the newness it brings to the genre. Her upcoming projects include ‘Judwaa 2’ and ‘Drive’.
