Updated : March 30, 2017 12:45 PM ISTAn evil clown called Pennywise is terrorising a small town, and a group of seven children attempt to get to the bottom of the mystery behind the malevolent force.
Stephen King’s 1986 novel It has become one of his most well-known works, and is now being prepared for a feature-length theatrical debut in September 2017.
Andrés Muschietti (Mama) directs the adaptation, which focuses on the first part of King’s dual-timeline story; a second film is under consideration.
It, scheduled for a September 8, stars Bill Skarsgård, Jaeden Lieberher, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Sophia Lillis, Finn Wolfhard, Wyatt Oleff and Chosen Jacobs.
