First look of Humari Adhuri Kahani revealed by Mahesh Bhatt

Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi will soon be seen in romantic drama flick Humari Adhuri Kahani. Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Mahesh Bhatt under the banner Vishesh Films and Fox Star Studios, the film is slated to hit the screens on June 12. The first look of the lead actors in the film which has recently been released has been able to arouse curiosity among film buffs. The heart-touching image shows an emotional Emraan Hashmi with an equally sentimental Vidya.

Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt took to Twitter to share the first look. “First Look- Humari Adhuri Kahani. An illicit love so pure that it touches the heights of divinity. Releasing 12June,” he wrote. Interestingly, the film is touted to be based on the life of Mahesh Bhatt’s parents and his stepmother.

The intense love story revolves around a married woman who falls in love with another man. Incidentally, Rajkummar Rao has been roped in to play the role of Vidya’s husband.
