Dancing Was Very Difficult For Me: Munna Micheal Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui

Sabbir Khan is back with his Heropanti and Baaghi actor Tiger Shroff for his next directorial, Munna Micheal. Makers of the flick released its trailer today and it looks promising. Apart from Tiger playing the lead role in the flick as a dancer, power pack performer Nawazuddin Siddiqui, too, makes the movie a must watch.

Going by the title and trailer of the movie, we can guess it’s an action dance movie. However, we have never seen Siddiqui dancing in any of the films and he himself found dancing very difficult for the movie. The actor is playing a full-fledged role in a dance film which is a bit interesting. Talking about it, he said, “I will not dance just to get a lead actor role, but will definitely like to do a lead role in a film. Dancing was very difficult for me, I don’t dance personally, but Tiger taught me very well. It is difficult to match with Tiger’s steps, but I have tried to do it a little bit, I think I have tried for five percent”.

He further added, “Dancing is difficult, but if my role calls for it then I will definitely dance, like how I danced in this movie, even if I am not personally inclined to dancing. Initially I felt like I was forced to dance. But when I started dancing I really began enjoying it. It felt like ‘sher ke mooh khoon lag gaya’ (like lion has finally tasted blood). I will now keep on doing some or the other thing related to dance”.

Munna Micheal also stars Nidhhi Agarwal as her debut movie. It is all set to hit the theatres on July 21.
