VJS51 is now titled Ace: Makers unveil the new title teaser of the Vijay Sethupathi-starrer
Directed by Aarumugakumar, the upcoming film Ace stars Vijay Sethupathi and Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth in the lead roles.

The title teaser of Vijay Sethupathi’s upcoming film has finally been revealed! Titled Ace, the makers of the film took to their social media handles to share the latest announcement through an interesting title teaser. The teaser features the lead characters introduced in a stylish and vibrant glimpse.
The illustrative teaser reveals Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth as the female lead, while leading man Vijay Sethupathi is introduced with a backdrop of dice and cards. The new teaser hints that the film might be set against the backdrop of casinos and gambling. The teaser also shows glimpses of bike chase scenes, betting, guns, and burglaries.
Directed by Aarumugakumar, the film marks the second collaboration of the actor-director duo after their 2018 Tamil film Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren. Actress Rukmini will be making her Tamil debut in this Vijay Sethupathi-starrer.

Ace will be ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi’s 51st film in his acting career. Besides Vijay Sethupathi and Rukmini, the film will also feature Yogi Babu, Divya Pillai, Babloo Prithveeraj, B.S. Avinash, Muthu Kumar, Raj Kumar, Denes Kumar, Alvin Martin, Priscilla Nair, Jasper Supayah, Kaarthick Jay, Nagulan, Zahrinaris, and others in key roles. Billed as an action entertainer, the upcoming film’s official release date is yet to be revealed by the team. Most of the film's shooting took place in Malaysia, and the film is currently in its post-production stage.
On the technical front, the music for the Vijay Sethupathi-starrer is composed by Justin Prabhakaran, while the cinematography and editing are handled by Karan Bahadur Rawat and R. Govindaraj respectively. The film is bankrolled by 7Cs Entertainment.
Vijay Sethupathi’s upcoming projects
Besides Ace, the Tamil actor has signed several projects and will also be seen in Gandhi Talks, directed by Kishor Pandurang. He will also appear in Vetrimaaran’s Viduthalai Part 2, Maharaja, helmed by Nithilan Swaminathan, Mysskin's directorial Train, and a film under H. Vinodh’s direction.
