'Visual feast and popcorn entertainer': Netizens give thumbs up to Hrithik Roshan & Deepika Padukone's Fighter trailer

The much-awaited trailer of the Hrithik Roshan starrer Fighter was released today (January 15) and needless to say, broke the internet in a jiffy. Fans are flooding X with their reactions to the same. Even though some netizens found a little bit of alleged jingoism in the dialogues, the movie’s trailer is being hailed as a commercial entertainer with the Greek God of Bollywood getting the assignment right once again.

One of the netizens stated, “#Fighter seems like a visual feast & popcorn entertainer which it actually promises; with good VFX & stylish action that warrants a theatrical watch. Some dialogues were underwhelming though, but overall Siddharth Anand has good idea of what works at box office. #FighterTrailer.” While another user said, “Hands down, one the the best trailer cuts ever. #HrithikRoshan will be back.” A netizen furthermore said, “A fan said, “Initially, I had doubts about the VFX, but in this #FighterTrailer, it looks really impressive. If it captures the emotions like Shershah, nothing can stop this.” A fan hailed Hrithik as the ‘lion’ of action films in Bollywood. The tweet said, “if Action films are like Jungle then HRITHIK ROSHAN is the Lion of that jungle! #FighterTrailer.” A user said, “Hrithik’s screen presence man,LAKSHAY yaad agaya but this time big ticket dhamaka.” A netizen went on to say, “Any film looks deadlier when you choose a villain who can look more fierce & competitive to lead hero. #FighterTrailer give us the glimpses of how we responded on PULWAMA ATTACK & showed pak d level of who's actual father. Fighter also stars Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, and Karan Singh Grover in the lead roles. The movie marks the first collaboration of Hrithik and Deepika Padukone. The movie will be released on January 25, 2024.
