The director revealed that hitmaker and Salaar filmmaker Prashanth Neel had watched the film at his home through Qube home theaters and invited Rajkumar Periasamy to Bengaluru. He said, “Prashanth Neel and his wife were very sweet and had great things to say after watching Amaran. They watched the film through Qube home theater and contacted a producer who is a mutual acquaintance. He later invited me to Bengaluru, and both he and his wife spoke highly of the film.”

He went on to reveal that Tamil actors Silambarasan and Vikram were also in awe of his direction and showered praise on him. The Amaran director shared, “Simbu sir was kind enough to call me and speak for over half an hour, expressing his admiration for the film. He particularly praised the ‘immersive’ experience it offered. He said something beautiful—that good craftsmanship in cinema doesn’t reveal itself but instead immerses us in the story and technical aspects. Both Vikram sir and Simbu sir sent beautiful bouquets and notes appreciating my film.”
