Vetrimaaran on Viduthalai Part 2

Director Vetrimaaran had earlier described the work on Viduthalai Part 2 as a comprehensive and demanding project. He revealed that approximately eight minutes of the film were trimmed before its release. Reflecting on the experience, he called it an enriching learning journey for everyone involved.

Based on Jeyamohan’s short story Thunaivan, Viduthalai Part 2 boasts an ensemble cast with notable performances by Soori, Kishore, Bhavani Sre, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Ilavarasu, among others. Set in the 1960s, the film also features Malayalam actress Manju Warrier as the female lead.
