According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Viduthalai Part 2 has earned approximately ₹7 crore in India across Tamil and Telugu versions. On Friday, it recorded an overall Tamil occupancy of 38.5%, while the Telugu occupancy stood at 19.79%. Directed by Vetrimaaran and produced by RS Infotainment and Grass Root Film Company, Viduthalai Part 2 showed significant growth in night show attendance, achieving a net collection of ₹7.10 crore on its first day at the Indian box office. Although earlier predictions estimated a debut of ₹8–10 crore, the film fell slightly short but still marked a strong start, outperforming Part 1's opening by 84.41%, which had earned ₹3.85 crore.
