The makers of Thala Ajith’s upcoming action thriller Vidaamuyarchi have recently been dropping the most exciting updates fans have been eagerly awaiting! In the latest development, the makers took to their social media handles to unveil the second-look posters, and it's a double treat indeed!

The team unveiled two new posters of the Tamil superstar, and fans are going frenzy over the new update.

In one of the newly released posters, Ajith is seen donning a brown jacket paired with black pants. The actor is also seen holding a massive gun, seemingly on the hunt for the villain! On the other hand, the second-look poster features a racy and adventurous Ajith in a stylish look, vrooming a car while chasing another. In both posters, the actor sports his classic salt-and-pepper hairstyle and gives off intense looks. The new poster has surely not disappointed the fans, who wanted something more after the underwhelming first-look poster.

Ajith to play a doting husband in Vidaamuyarchi

Recently, Ajith's manager Suresh Chandra revealed that Ajith Kumar will be playing a caring and loving husband to his wife, played by Trisha. The film follows a mission taken up by Ajith’s character to save his wife, who is allegedly kidnapped when they go on a road trip in Azerbaijan. Reportedly, the entire shoot of Vidaamuyarchi will be wrapped up in the first or second week of August, as the makers are aiming for a Diwali release.

Even before the release of the film, it was announced that the OTT rights of the Magizh Thirumeni directorial had been acquired by Netflix. Ajith plays the lead role in the movie, which also stars Trisha Krishnan, along with Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, and Arav in other pivotal roles. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the songs and original score for the movie, while Nirav Shah is the cinematographer.
